I use two tools to schedule Instagram stories, one is called Later Social, and the other one is Meta Business Suite. Later is your typical scheduling and social media hub that you can schedule for any social platform. It’s pretty straightforward but I find that sometimes it doesn’t schedule the stories all the time.
Sometimes I find glitches with the platform just for the story schedule aspect and that’s why more often than not I use the Meta Suite to schedule my Instagram story. It works pretty effectively and I have never had issues with it at all. I highly recommend using your Meta Business Suite for story scheduling but recommend a different platform to schedule your reels, photos, etc.
