Leverage Sales Team Insights
The most impactful content-curation tool I’ve leveraged time and again is the expertise of the sales team—the heroes on the front lines of customer interaction. Their daily interactions provide invaluable insights into the evolving needs and pain points of target audiences. Many times, I’ve convened meetings or “workshops” with the sales team to extract topics based on industry trends and customer challenges.
From these sessions, we’ve been able to curate a list of content ideas that form the backbone of our wider marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and events. It’s not just about content creation; it’s about tapping into real-time customer feedback and translating it into compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Streamline Content Sharing with Curata
One content curation tool that has made a significant impact on content marketing efficiency is Curata.
Curata is a powerful content curation software that enables marketers to easily find, organize, and share relevant content with their audience. It streamlines the content curation process, saving marketers time and effort while helping to maintain a consistent content strategy.
Before using Curata, we were spending hours each week searching for relevant content to share with our audience, a process that was not only time-consuming but also prone to inconsistencies in quality and relevance.
With Curata, we automated much of this process. The tool uses machine learning to recommend content based on predefined criteria, ensuring that only the most relevant and high-quality content is considered. This means the team can quickly sift through suggestions, choose the best pieces, and schedule them for sharing across their platforms.

Utilize Email Inboxes as Curating Tools
The best tool is the one you already use; I am loath to add yet another platform to monitor. So for me, the best “tool” remains my email inbox, by following the leading publications for my industry. “Publications” can mean a variety of things, such as newsletters by thought leaders, ‘magazines’ by industry publications, or RSS feed subscriptions for organization/government/etc., news feeds.
For instance, to curate content to draw from to market food safety solutions at Novolyze, I subscribe to publications including The Acheson Group (headed by David Acheson, former Associate Commissioner for Foods at the FDA), Food Safety Magazine, and Quality Assurance Magazine, as well as FDA and USDA RSS feeds. The tool I use for subscribing to RSS feeds via email is Feedrabbit.

Enhance Proofreading with ChatGPT
ChatGPT is straightforward yet highly effective. While I don’t rely on it for content creation, I find it incredibly useful for proofreading, particularly when writing in English, which isn’t my first language. This can lead to mistakes that I might not catch on my own.
ChatGPT does an excellent job of identifying grammatical and spelling errors. Beyond that, it also offers suggestions to enhance the readability of my writing, making it a valuable tool in ensuring my messages are clear and easily understood.

Schedule Posts with Meta Business Suite
Both Facebook’s Meta Business Suite and HubSpot are key planning tools for social media content. For example, I use FB Meta Business Suite to schedule both FB and Instagram posts. It’s simple to use and never fails, ensuring content gets out when it’s supposed to.
Additionally, you can schedule IG posts through it as well, making the process across platforms easier. HubSpot is also a valuable tool when creating content, especially for sites like LinkedIn. Much like FB, you can easily schedule content through HS’s social planning systems. I use this platform specifically to schedule long-form LinkedIn posts. It’s easy, effective, and never fails.

Discover RightBlogger.com’s AI-Driven Content Creation
Absolutely, I’d love to share a tool that has been a game-changer in my journey as a blogger and content creator. Recently, I stumbled upon RightBlogger.com, and let me tell you, it was like uncovering a hidden gem in the vast digital landscape of content creation.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. In a world where every second tool promises the moon, what makes RightBlogger so special? It’s the AI model it employs—this isn’t just any ordinary tool; it’s like having a virtual assistant whose sole purpose is to make your content creation process as smooth and efficient as possible. And for someone who lives and breathes content, this is nothing short of a miracle.
RightBlogger comes packed with over 60 AI tools specifically designed to speed up content creation. Imagine the countless hours we, as creators, spend brainstorming, drafting, and editing. This platform manages to compress that time significantly, allowing us to focus more on the creative and strategic aspects of our work. But here’s the kicker—despite being AI-driven, the output is astonishingly humanesque. The content it generates isn’t just accurate; it resonates with readers on a personal level, maintaining that essential human touch we often worry about losing when we lean too heavily on technology.
Let me share a quick example to bring this to life. I was working on a series of blog posts about emerging tech trends—a topic that’s not only vast but also rapidly evolving. Typically, this would involve hours of research, drafting, and ensuring the content stayed relevant up to the minute it was published. With RightBlogger, I input my basic outline, and within minutes, I had a draft that not only covered all the key points but did so in a way that felt personal, engaging, and incredibly human. It was as if the AI had crawled into my mind and penned down my thoughts, but at twice the speed and without the typos!
But here’s where it truly matters—as creators, our goal is to connect, to share stories, insights, and information that enrich and add value to our readers’ lives. The tools we choose to employ should enhance our ability to do this, not detract from it. While it’s clear that technology like AI is rapidly transforming the landscape of content creation, it’s crucial to remember that it’s there to augment our capabilities, not replace the unique voice and perspective we each bring to the table.
So, to my fellow creators, I encourage you to explore tools like RightBlogger.
